Ideal place, spotlessly clean, cheap rooms and competent staff. An electric kettle and central heating in the room and the comfortable bed. The views over street. Comfortable and easy location, 3 km from city centre. Good stay in quiet area.

Single's basic experience

So I booked this large double room which I thought would be fine for just sleeping through the night and the online response was quick but man the place was noisy kinda scary too especially when I felt a bit unsettled with no staff around

It wasn't exactly cheap but I guess for a night it was just acceptable

I loved that we were just a short walk from Birchfields Park, perfect for a leisurely morning stroll, and it was also easy to explore the Manchester Museum and soak in the art and history of the city. It felt great having so many attractions within easy reach, great to make the most of our weekend without worrying about transportation.

It was just a perfect match for a brief sojourn in Manchester with really good value. The shower had hot water, nice after a long day exploring. Try to get a room away from the kitchen if possible.

The shared kitchen was handy, but the room had a damp carpet.

We had a lovely stay for 3 nights, especially enjoying the cozy garden where the kids loved playing and the swing was a real hit. The room was comfy but a bit outdated, and we had a minor hiccup with the shower not working perfectly. I'd recommend packing snacks since the nearby options were limited! 🌼

Cleanliness was acceptable, and the beverage facilities were a highlight, with a nice selection including hot chocolate. The twin room lacked basic amenities and showed signs of neglect, like dirty bathrooms and insufficient bedding, disappointing for the price paid.

I really liked the garden area, it was a nice spot to relax. Unfortunately, the place felt unsafe with flimsy locks and strong odors in the room. 😕

Room issues, shocked experience

I stayed for a week with my bro, but we were disappointed. The bunk bed was too high for him to use. Our stuff got cleaned away while we were out, and when we asked for help, the staff was really rude. Expecting better for £388.80! Breakfast was decent though.

The shared kitchen and bathroom with other guests might not be ideal for everyone, though my roommates were quite tidy. The ambiance was also affected by a terrible odor, particularly during the first night.

The location was convenient for my work commitments, and the staff were responsive to my queries regarding check-in and check-out. The common areas were well-maintained and provided a cute atmosphere. I appreciated the reliable hot water supply and the warmth of the communal spaces .

The room showed some signs of wear and could benefit from a thorough cleaning.

The warm colors of the common areas were inviting. The free WiFi access was a lovely touch, letting me connect with family effortlessly .

Better bathroom cleanliness is essential for comfort.
